For the jobs I am considering at the top of my list is becoming a Sales Representative. In order to be a Sales Rep you only need a high school education. What this job consists of: hard and soft skills, networking with companies and businesses to persuade them into buying whatever product I would be selling, knowing all the information and facts about said product, and finally having great social skills to gain and keep customers. Salary range is anywhere on the board, $50,000 for entry all the way up to $127,000 or more. The work environment can be practically anywhere, in an office to traveling or approaching businesses and companies. This job is currently in HIGH demand and has a definite tremendous growth rate.
The second job I am considering is Marketing Management, it is prefered to have some sort of degree. What this job consists of is executing a strategy for an image said company would like to display. Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing objectives. A mix of hard and soft skills. Also developing pricing strategies and examining the market for this business/product. Salary for this job is anywhere from $70,000 to $200,000. The work environment is typically in an office. The same with sales when it comes to job demand, high and a great future full of growth.
The third job on my list is Human Resources Management. With this job a bachelor's degree is required at the minimum. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff and consult with top executives on planning and help connect between an organization’s management and its employees. Again has hard and soft skills.  Salary for this job starts right above $100,000 to $200,000 and up. The work environment is anywhere and everywhere because of the job being surrounded by connecting businesses management and employees together.
My reaction to this test confirmed the type of work I plan on doing is right for me, it was nice to be reassured. It mostly showed me things I already knew. For skills I already posses is networking and social skills, these jobs are very personal and required those skills. I am not sure where I think I will fall short in these careers specifically, but if I had to guess it would be how time consuming these jobs will be. All three of these careers are a good fit for me because of things I have already mentioned, but also because I love to interact with others and work alongside others. I am excited to see what the future holds.
