Other popular sites included the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral in Spain (along the <em>Way of St. James</em>), Maastricht, Aachen and Kornelimünster (the <em>Pilgrimage of the Relics</em>) and Canterbury Cathedral (as described by Chaucer).
