The poem is talking about various book genres, how the setting can take place in different time periods, and how people can read together while gathering and sharing ideas with another with a open mind meaning they have open ears to what others think about the book or topic and such. The poem is expressing how books are facinating and can create ideas by the genre,topic,and any specifications in or on a book.
