I think I could help you with that bud, it is pretty simple.

Think about some situations where you encounter into people who come from from that certain location and speak that language. Or if you already are Spanish think about your family. I could come up with 2 answers right now for you.

At our high school my friend's mother was participating in a parent meeting, she was "splatting out" so much words I couldn't understand and I'm not sure if it was Spanish or not.

A kid on the news shared his story with the news, he was autistic and said he went a summer camp where only autistic kids were, they had all sorts of groups like Spanish people, when the autism kicked in they were crazy, I couldn't even understand one word they said!

(Sorry for not adding periods when needed, I was following the instructions.)

Anyways I hope this helped you.

I'm not sure of the vocab you're supposed to use, but I think it's: Manuel Carmen, estoy (I am) muy contento por ellos, pero eso (that) es algo enfermo y no puedo ir.
Hope that helps and is somewhat correct!
