Creating a sense of urgency right away will help Roosevelt make sure all of the different groups he is addressing are listening right away. When the stakes are high, people tend to pay more attention. This way, they will be focused for when he addresses them or their cause specifically, and more general statements he make will feel more important because the people will apply them to their own causes.

Who shows up to get perch and his mother in the middle of the night
astraxan [27]
Hi, there!
If you mean Percy then it would've been Grover who was his best friend! He's pretty much a Satyr - which basically means he has goat like similarities! If I'm not mistaken it does say he's a goat below the waist and he does have horns!
Good luck, rockstar! Have a great day!

Elgin is taking notes for his presentation about how people drink too much soda and other sugary drinks, and he finds informatio

Letter B. This part of the presentation is proposing a solution to the problem. Stating that cities and states taxed sugary beverages at a higher rate serves as a solution or probably a suggestion to what a state/city can do so that people will be encouraged to make healthier choices by preferring less costly drinks.

6.
Radda [10]

Answer: Grandpa: 60 Granddaughter: 6

Explanation: When I first saw this, I noticed you can not get one solid whole number with a number like 54, so I rounded it up to 60, because 10 percent of 60 is 6. It IS possible for someone to be 5.4, but with age, not a lot of people care to go down to the decimal point. I then checked the other part. 60 IS 54 years more than 6, so 60 is correct.
