The perimeter of a rectangle is 356 ft. If the width of the garden is 81 ft what is it's length.

Hello!

In the process of finding the perimeter, you have to multiply the length and width by 2. So in order to find the length, you'll need to multiply 81 by 2. After doing so, you'll get 162. Now you'll need to subtract 162 from 356 to get 194. Lastly, you'll need to divide 194 by 2 to get the length of the rectangle. After you've divided, you'll get your length.

The length of the rectangle is 97ft

If one side of the garden is 81, add it together to get 162. subtract that from 356 then half it to get length. 97 is the length

I believe it's B. If you graph, then you put a vertical line. If there are 2 points on the line, it's not a function. Every x-value has 1 y-value for a function. Hope this helps! ;)
