The correct answer is B. Japanese Americans were sent to internment camps

Explanation:

The Executive Order 9066 was a Presidential order by Roosevelt signed in February of 1942 during the Second World War. This order aimed at authorizing the creation of some areas that were considered as military zones to relocate Italian Americans, Japanese Americans, German Americans who were born in nations that belong to the Axis which was against the Allies the U.S. belonged to during the war. Due to this, thousands of people were relocated in internment camps which ended with issues about whether or not to incarcerate them, this applied especially to Japanese Americans after the Pearl Harbor incident. Therefore, one of the results of Executive Order 9066 was that Japanese Americans were sent to internment camps.

What is the relationship between Chief Joseph’s refusal to accept the Christian faith and his death?
Airida [17]

Answer:

A. Chief Joseph was forced to travel to another reservation after shunning Christianity and became ill with malaria, which infected his heart

Explanation:

Chief Joseph, often referred to as Young Joseph, was a leader of the Wallowa band of Nez Perce after succeeding his father in the 1870s.

During his time, the majority of the group was removed with force by the United States federal government from Wallowa Valley to a smaller reservation in the Idaho Territory.

Eventually, Chief Joseph and a few others were taken to the Colville Indian Reservation in Nespelem, Washington. The place is far from both Wallowa and Idaho

This led him to shun Christianity and became ill with malaria, which infected his heart, and later died of a "broken heart, " according to his doctor.

Why is the territory containing rome called the papal states?
juin [17]
Because once upon a time.........it was the POPE who controlled a large swath of power......like a KING, which included large territories.

But over the years, and power shifts later........the Pope became less and less important, and more or less became boxed in, within Vatican City.......his last seat of Power. When Italy became a Unified Country..............they had to arrange a special deal with the POPE that left him in charge of his little area........a King, of sorts, within the Kings Kingdom. So they declared his little Popedom.......seperate , and allowed him to keep his little seat of Power.

Should monuments be removed from public locations? Why?
olga nikolaevna [1]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

You did not specify if you mean all kinds of monuments or some monuments in specific.

If your question is for all monuments in general, the answer is no. Monuments represent important moments in the history of the country or exhibit important historical figures that have forged the identity of the nation. Their public exhibition is a positive to remember those people or events with respect.

Now, on the other hand, if you are referring to the confederate monuments, this is a controversial issue that has divided the country after the death of African American George Floyd.

Like it or not, the Civil War and the Confederate side were part of the United States history and represent something of meaning for white people in the South. Unfortunately, this page of the US story is related to slavery and racism, both elements that have hurt and dive the country. So many Americans have demanded the removal of these monuments from public places such as schools, college campuses, and parks.

As controversial as it could sound, we can consider that the removal of the monuments could divide even more American society.
