The Marshall Plan is a policy carried out by US which directly send loans to Western European nations. The western european countries suffered much loss after wwii, such as having their infrastructures destroyed, and there were a lack of labour due to death and injures. The nations were left vulnerable, which might then fall into the control of USSR. Lest the European nations falling into the control of communism, the capital provided in the Marshall Plan was provided to help the European Nations to restore the economy, which could make them more resistance towards USSR. In the Marshall Plan, nations that recieved aids were requested to increase trade with US with open market, this promoted their own ideology, capitalism and discouraged the advance of Communism.

hope it helps! :)

Why is it important to keep people's "intersections" or<br> complex identities in mind?
maks197457 [2]

Answer:

Intersectionality is a framework for conceptualizing a person, group of people, or social problem as affected by a number of discriminations and disadvantages. It takes into account people's overlapping identities and experiences in order to understand the complexity of prejudices they face.

(In the business world, understanding intersectionality is an important part of practicing inclusion because it defines how different facets of identity contribute to our unique perspective and team participation, as well as the ways in which different types of discrimination overlap with one another.)

1. When representatives met in Philadelphia in May of 1787, they were to revise what document?
Zina [86]

The representatives intent was to revise the Articles of Confederation. Certain representatives such as James Madison and Alexander Hamilton were critics of the Articles of Confederation. They felt as though it was necessary just to create a new government rather than try to fix the problems of the Articles of Confederation. In the end, the Constitutional Convention resulted in the creation of the Constitution of the United States.
