Well since earning respect is so hard, you can choose to talk it out. If that doesn't work,
"pretend to apologize, because you hate them but you don't want conflict ." If they don't accept your apology then forget about him/her because she/he clearly doesn't care enough about you to resolve the conflict.
AND THEN AFTER MAKE THEM EARN YOUR RESPECT, BECUASE RESPECT MUST BE SO HARD TO EARN IF YOU HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE CONFLICT AS WELL.

Why would an image of a hero change over time?
almond37 [142]
I think it would be A, to appeal to modern day audiences.

Back then women were not as respected and physically capable as men. However women now can do most if not all jobs than men can do. So a hero who doesn’t treat women like they are still incapable may be more appealing than a hero who treats women like children in modern day. (Back then it would have been acceptable or liked)

MaRussiya [10]

Audience-centered speakers take into consideration the type of language that ought to be used and what particular topics might work best for specific audiences. The statement is true.

The act of communicating a message to a group of people. Possessing the tools, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to inspire action in pursuit of a goal.

Audience Centeredness: Keeping the audience in mind at every step of speech preparation and presentation. Egocentrisim: the tendency of people to be concerned above all with their own values, beliefs, and well-being. In order to prepare a speech with the audience in mind rather than the speaker or the message, choose an audience-centered approach.
