For the temperature one, it is y=7x+42 since it was already 42 degrees and is raising 7 degrees each time. The point-slope one is y-5=7(x+8) since point slope is y-y1=M(x-x1) it gives you the coordinate point and the slope so you just fill it in. For the graph all you need to do is go to -1 on the x axis and draw a line going up and down because that would keep it at -1 but still be a line.
