Discrimination is a universal theme. A common false assumption is that black people are the only race/culture that are being affected by racism/discrimination. However, this can apply to Asians, Hispanics, whites and every single other race as there is no "perfect" race. For example, some people say, white people cant make a certain type of music, white people cant dance, and the list goes on for all the other races.
Discrimination is a universal theme because if you are separating one race you are also separating the other, and in the same fashion, discrimination can apply to any other race/culture.

The correct answer is to convince the American colonists to declare independence from Britain.
Thomas Paine was an advocate of breaking away from British control. In his famous pamphlet, Common Sense, Paine makes several different arguments as to why being independent would be beneficial including:
1) The Americans would not be limited as to whom they could trade with.
2) Americans would not be dragged into conflicts that did not invovle them (perfect example would be the colonists participation in the French and Indian War).
3) Why should a small island country 3,000 miles away be able to create laws for colonists even if they have never been to this continent?
