The groundwater flow could change, causing the well to go dry.
Because the majority of the groundwater will now go to George lilly's. This will definitely absorb the residual source of the water, causing the land nearby would not unable to find a water for their irrigation, (unless they dig in lower elevation than George's)

Answer:

3. the process is not adversarial.

Explanation:

If Farmers Pantry and Market Grocers have a long-standing business relationship that they would like to continue, they may prefer to settle their dispute through mediation because the process is not adversarial.

As long as they would like the relationship to continue, mediation is a good option because mediation is one of the methods of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) which is essentially negotiation managed by a neutral third party who assists in communicating concerns and drafting the final conclusion. It is different from arbitration, because arbitration in certain ways share some similarity with trial.

Answer:

Selling price= $30

Explanation:

Giving the following information:

Unitary cost:

Variable= $30

Fixed= $16

Number of units= 4,100

Normally, when there is unused capacity and a new customer asks for a reduced price, the fixed cost should not be taken into account when calculating the selling price. The company benefits from increasing its sales, acquiring a new customer, and perhaps getting some discounts from suppliers in the variable components.

The lower price that the company accepts is the one that equals the unitary variable cost. In this case:

Selling price= $30
