Your answer is going to be the second one. The reason for this can be found by simply using point U. Moving point U over 2 units to the right, will put it at the coordinates, -1, 3. When we move the same point down three units from -1, 3, we get, -1, 0. As we can see, the second answer is the only of with point U having the coordinates -1, 0, so therefore it must be correct.
