Answer:

He asked him to kill a knight that has been bothering the king and only then will Percival be able to talk to the king.

Explanation:

Percival was an orphan and when he encountered a group of knights, he decided to be one of them. So, he went to the court of King Arthur where he was ridiculed by Sir Kay, the foster brother and one of the knights in King Arthur's Round Table. When Kay heard about Percival's desire to be made knight, he asked him to prove his courage and publicly mocks him. He also asked him to go and kill a knight who had been bothering the king. Only then will Sir Kay allow audience to Percival with King Arthur. In order to prove Percival wrong and also to prove that he is worthy of the knighthood, he went to kill the knight and even took his vermilion armor.

Identify the direct object in the sentence below. "I threw the catcher the ball but I missed." A) threw B) catcher C) ball D) mi
Fiesta28 [93]

Answer:

the direct object is ball.

Explanation:

If you diagram the sentence, the verb is threw. Then, you find that the subject is I. Ask the question, *I threw "who?" or "what?". You will get the answer I threw ball. It isn't catcher because you can't throw a catcher. The word "the" is always an adjective, and so is "a". Missed is an adverb. That is how you find that the answer is "ball"!! I hope that this helped, and it will really make my day if you mark me as brainiest :D! Enjoy your day.
