How can you reduce the stress of completing a project?

Health

You can reduce the stress of completing a project by taking a break from the project when you need it.

Devoting at least eight hours a day to the project can cause major stress, depending on if you haven't taken short breaks in between to go outside, get some air, and get some food in your stomach. Putting the project off until the last minute is a bad idea, even if you want to. Working on the project well into the night is also a bad idea, as your sleep routine is more important than a project. So, the most reliable answer is to take a break from the project when you need it, so you won't overwork yourself.
