It depends on how equal the cuts would be, if it’s equally divided maybe it would work. However, equality doesn’t mean equity because there are times that a President should really look on the matters that the people needed. In budgeting, we should list down our top to the least priorities and from there we can set where our taxes (money) will go. Thinking not just for the majority of the population but for keeping ALL the people in mind can help the President be re-elected.

Sample response: Because I chose to make cuts to education, this could mean that fewer citizens have the opportunities they need to get an education and receive a quality job. I also cut health spending, which means that less funding will go to hospitals and research. Finally, I chose to make cuts to income security, meaning that needy citizens may not receive resources. Each of these changes could result in fewer jobs, which in turn may hurt business.

According to Thomas Hobbes why is government necessary
lord [1]
Thomas Hobbes thinks that government is completely necessary for two reasons that if there were no control over people, humans would be in their natural state, where everyone can pursue power and all the assets needed for a decent life. the second thing he believes in is that people have a natural tendency to want power, and win by hurting others in the way in trying to obtain that goal. Having anarchy would lead to fighting and wars, so when life is lived in this way it would be short, rough, horrific, and wild. Thomas Hobbes’s ideal government is described in his book Leviathan.

A person is accountable or liable to the law when some legal rule exists under which the person could find himself liable in a civil law suit or culpable in a criminal matter. In this example, the state official is accountable to the law, which means that he should be held responsible for breaking it.
