The Constitutional Convention took place in 1787 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At this convention leaders from across the original 13 colonies came together to draft the constitution in order to replace the Articles of Confederation and establish the governing document of the newly formed United States of America. This document remains a living document serving as the basis for the United States democracy still over 200 years later.
Well, they both bring the Turkish to move forward to enter modernization era, but the differences are :
- Reform of the Tanziman was created to bring a western culture and more advance education for the Turkish
- Meanwhile, the Young Turks program are created to change Turkey's monarchy system into Democratic System. It also bring liberalization to Turkey

The reason as to why to government does this is because they
want to provide equality amongst the people in which the handicapped people
should also be treated equal as even though they are different from other
people that are normal—they are still considered to be humans and that’s why
they should be treated equal.
