Changing of the constitution is also known as a constitutional amendment, which has to do with the process where there is a change either addition or omission in the constitution of the land. The process of amendment is mainly done by the legislative house. The four methods of changing the constitution are:

Firstly is the change or amendment can be put forward by 2/3 of the total number of legislators in both chambers of congress which are later sent to the state houses with 3/4 of the approving to the change.

The second change to the constitution is the one put forward by a proposal from the congress and it is sealed and agreed upon through a convention. 3/4 of the states must approve it.

The third is through national conventions put forward by congress as a result of the call for it by 2/3 of state legislatures. 3/4 of the statehouses are needed for ratification.

The forth is a proposal by conventions that will be ratified by 3/4of the state's conventions.

B. The method that has been used most is  the one that comes with the 2/3 votes from the congress and the house of  representatives
