Examples, one with a comma and one without:
Shakespeare was born in Stratford and went on to write Hamlet.
Shakespeare was born in Stratford, later writing Hamlet
Answer:
Statement 2: Claim, it is showing what the essay is going to be about.
Statement 1: Evidence, it is giving evidence to support the claim and it is stating the facts
Statement 3: Reason, it is raping up the idea about the allowence and is giving ideas of what the person thinks about the evidence.
