how do you write in slow motion? example:falling off a bike. how do you express your feelings or expressions when your falling off the bike. how can I slowly write how I fell off the back??

On a Saturday morning, I was sitting on my bed, looking outside thinking of what to do. Since the weather looked nice I decided to go outside and ride my bike. I first asked my parents if I could and they said yes but only in the neighborhood. So I went out and rode on it for about an hour or so, as I was riding, I felt as if I was in a car or on a motorcycle. I went over the sidewalk, then back on the street. as I did it again, I tried to do a trick but that didn't go so well. once I did the swerve, I went off balance.
