ANSWER: Your brand statement tells your audience what your business and products can offer, that is different from what other offers. It shows how you're able to be better than your competitors in doing that business.

Because you were able to distinguish your self from others, with your brand statement, it shows how competency you're in leadership. Which has helped to develop your leadership skill.

Your brand statement can also improve your leadership skills, by giving you the opportunity to see areas you have to improve, to be able to beat your competitors.

I watched the news as the reporter interviewed one of the witnesses in this horrific car crash the man looked almost excited to be telling the story he spoke stating that “One moment the road is there, wide open and safe, the next there are loud noises, acrid smells and pain that you may or may not recover from.” he tells it like it’s an action movie but a car crash comes as a shock and that's an aspect the movies and novels aren't good at showing. It is the equivalent of looking without seeing, a form of emotional blindness.
