Indirect rule is where the colonizing country only rules
from afar. What they do is that they just appoint a native leader. The problem
with this is the discrimination among class members in the country due to the
fact that native leaders often prioritize their self-interest and also those
who were within their circle. Meanwhile, the direct rule is where the people of
the colonized country are under the rule of the mother country. This means that
people in colonized country somewhat enjoys the same privileges of a citizen of
the mother country.
