A) Thirty years war
he Thirty Years' War was a war fought primarily in Central Europe. One of the most destructive conflicts in human history, it resulted in eight million fatalities not only from military engagements but also from violence, famine, and plague. Casualties were overwhelmingly and disproportionately inhabitants of the Holy Roman Empire, most of the rest being battle deaths from various foreign armies.
I believe it was Justinian that managed to unite Rome, and expanding the Byzantine Empire.
The concept of an Informal empire<span> describes the spheres of influence which an </span>empire<span> may develop which can be said to translate into a measure of influence over a region or country because</span><span> of the extension of commercial, strategic or military interests of the </span><span>empire. In these terms, given the great economic and military power the U.S. holds in the world, it can be described as an informal empire. </span>
