As the owner of one of the top businesses in the city, I have fought for candidates in many city council races. I am excited abo

ut this race because of a new force, Joan Rodriguez. I have two reasons for supporting Joan. First, I have done business with Joan for six years. She owns her own business and knows, first hand, the needs of businesses in the city. Second, I have heard Joan speak. She will offer major tax cuts and give companies some extra tax breaks. I am sure that Joan will fight for the needs of everyone in the city—rich or poor, young or old. What is the following claim?
Joan will fight for the needs of everyone in the city.
A. A believable opinion
B. A questionable fact
C. A questionable opinion
