For this item, I would go with letter "D. physical destruction of marine habitats". Many of the modern ways of fishing poses an irreversible destruction to marine habitats. These practices include trawling, lining methods, purse seining, etc.

The correct answer would be D. beaks of finches

I chose this answer because in the Galapagos islands, the species of finches were forced to separate into several different environments, where there were different foods and plants. They lived in these environments for many years and eventually the beaks of these birds adapted to the environment around them. So the finches in one environment may have gotten longer beaks to eat fruits and get honey better, while one may have gotten a smaller but longer beak to gather and break nuts easier.

Hope this helps!
