17.55 divided by 108 is 0.1625

0.1625 times 100 is 16.25

108 and 100 refer to percent so this is the answer

And I bet my account this is correct

The gift with tax is $17.55

8% as a decimal equals 0.08

To find out how much the tax is, you multiply 17.55 by 0.08

(17.55)(0.08)=1.40

Then, you subtract 1.40 from 17.55 to get the price of the gift before the tax was added.

$17.55-$1.40=$16.14

Apply this allegory to your own life. When have you or someone you know chosen ignorance over truth? Why did you/they make that
Andrew [12]
I think that they would make that choice because they might be holding in what they really feel. Like for example let’s say my cousin billy doesn’t like my aunt Beth but Beth asks if he is cool with her (like friends) he lies and says yes but he really means no

Narrate how u send your Christmas holiday
Alexus [3.1K]

Answer:

I don't celebrate Christmas.

Explanation:

I find it unreasonable and I don't see any point in celebrating a unrealistic holiday that's SUPPOSEDLY about the birth of Jesus and/or a very unrealistic guy who LIVES in the north pole and rides on FLYING RAINDEERS. I like to have a purpose when I do things. I don't think doing unreasonable things is fun so again, I don't celebrate it.

I sleep instead. I like sleep.

Hope you enjoy yours tho
