(6.50 x 6)+(5.25 x 2)+10.50=60
No, unfortunately, she can't go on the field trip. She is off by two dollars.

$39 for gardening
$10.5 for store
39 + 10.5 + 10.5 = 60
Fiona wouldn't be able to go on the field trip
Hope this helps!

Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer:

Height = 14.4

Step-by-step explanation:

The diagonals meet at right angles. Interesting property.

The hypotenuse is the side of the rhombus = 15 cm

One of the sides of the small triangles created by the intersection of the diagonals = 24/2 = 12

You can find the other side of the the triangle by using the Pythagorean Theorem

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

c = 15

a = 12

b = ?

12^2 + b^2 = 15^2

144 + b^2 = 225

b^2 = 225 - 144

b^2 = 81

b = 9

The area of this right angle = 9 * 12/2 = 54

There are 4 of them so 4 * 54 = 216

That's the area of the rhombus.

The h= Area / b

b = 15

h = 216/15

h = 14.4

Licemer1 [7]

Answer:

Given:

 • g(t) = 5t² − 8t + 3

Find the following

g(2)

 • g(2) = 5(2²) - 8(2) + 3 = 20 - 16 + 3 = 7

g(t - 2)

 • g(t - 2) = 5(t - 2)² - 8(t - 2) + 3 = 5t² - 20t + 20 - 8t + 16 + 3 = 5t² - 28t + 39

g(t) - g(2)

 • g(t) - g(2) = 5t² − 8t + 3 - 7 = 5t² − 8t - 4
