An University Rector must be an academic and professional person worries for the good develope of it.

The University Rector  has to be sensible and responsible for all the aspect around the University and students.

He or She is as a Father of a big family. If this is our point of start, then the Rector must listen very carefully the students' demandas and try to give solutions inside of the legal context.
