It would be a legendary hero because it is only a story of fiction the events arent true and that hero is not remembered for great events or anything

Yes and no it all depends on who your asking if you are asking me a comic fanatic then yes they are all considered legendary hero's, but someone who has never read the comic or who dose not  know the super hero you are referring to then they might not consider them legendary. yes\no
