In Jamaica, when we are looking for a transfer to attend a different school we have to visit the M.O.E ( ministry of Education) which is part of the government. Recently my brother was getting a transfer from his old school and we had to write a letter to the M.O.E to see if he was qualified to attend that school.

Most Americans felt that Europe could rebuild itself (which was horribly wrong and set things up for the rise of Hitler and the start of world war 2.). The American people also felt that Americans should not have to fight and die in foreign wars and that since they were across the Atlantic they didn't need to worry about their affairs.
