Letter to complain about the malfunctioning poor building maintenance:

From

          Riya,

          B12, Colossal Apartments,

          Noida.

To

       The Society President,

       Colossal Apartments,

       Noida.

Date: August 14, 2019

Respected Sir,

Sub: Complaint regarding Poor Building maintenance-reg.

I am a tenant of one of the apartments in this building. I pay maintenance charges on time, yet the building’s maintenance is poor. We are facing several problems for more than a month.

The water supply to the apartments is too poor and even the lifts of the buildings are not working properly. Hence, I request you to look at the above-mentioned issues and provide remedies for all our problems.

Yours Sincerely,

Riya
