I don't have access to your grid, but iI can make my own to show you how to do it!

Please see attachment

on the y axis you can only use the relevant values - between 68 and 74; this way you can see more detail than if you'd used between 0 and 75.

You just need to plot the numbers and connect the line! (I did it with ms excel)
