<u>Trinity was the code name of the first Nuclear test which was conducted by the United states under the Manhattan project in year 1945. This test was conducted </u>after three years of experimentation and world’s first nuclear device was named ‘Gadget. This test was successfully conducted in New Mexico desert.  

After this test was conducted, the news of the aftermath of this test was initially limited to only the scientists who were involved in this project but the explosion was felt throughout nearby cities and the government officials reported this as the accidental detonation of a bunker which was containing explosives at large amount of numbers but only after when US bombed Japan with a nuclear bomb, <u>The true reason behind the testing of ‘Gadget’ was known by public. It was only after conducting this nuclear test, the scientists got to know the true power of a nuclear bomb.  </u>
