It is viewed liberally, such as if the constitution doesn't say it is wrong you can still have freedom to do it. A loose constructionist doesn't take things as seriously as a strict constructionist does.

Was it necessary to use the atomic bomb during World War 2?
vladimir1956 [14]

Answer:

“No.

And it wasn't necessary either. Militarily Japan was finished (as the Soviet invasion of Manchuria that August showed). Further blockade and urban destruction would have produced a surrender in August or September at the latest, without the need for the costly anticipated invasion or the atomic bomb.

Hope it Helps!

OLga [1]

Answer:

Serbian nationalism asserts that Serbs are a nation and promotes the cultural and political unity of Serbs. It is an ethnic nationalism, originally arising in the context of the general rise of nationalism in the Balkans under Ottoman rule, under the influence of Serbian linguist Vuk Stefanović Karadžić and Serbian statesman Ilija Garašanin.Serbian nationalism was an important factor during the Balkan Wars which contributed to the decline of the Ottoman Empire, during and after World War I when it contributed to the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and again during the breakup of Yugoslavia and the Yugoslav Wars of the 1990s.

what impact could choosing one side over the other have on you? write a journal entry that makes predictions about what it might
netineya [11]

Answer:

Joining the Union would cause problems between me and my family, as well as between me and many of my friends. It could mean I have to face them in battle, which would be difficult. Will they consider me a traitor? If the Union wins the war, what will happen to Virginia? What will happen to my friends and family on the Confederate side? Will they be labeled as traitors? Involuntary servitude certainly will be abolished, but states’ rights might become even more limited. The Union will be preserved, but will it be strong or weak?

What animal did the native american of the great plains region use for food and clothing?
nignag [31]

The correct answer is - bison.

The Native Americans that were living on the Great Plains were heavily engaged into hunting bison, and were heavily dependent for survival on the bison meat as a food source, and the fur as a material for making clothes. Unfortunately, this led over time to a significant decrease in the number of bison herds on the Great Plains.
