Answer:

I'll reach my goal no matter what challenges I face.

Explanation:

The stanza talks about "whether you abhor me, or deride me or ignore me...I won't stop now". abhor means to look at with hatred or disgust, and deride means to ridicule or make fun of, so this can translate to "whether you hate on me, or make fun of me, I will reach my goal"

He trained as a lawyer and became famous as a philosopher.  Oh, and he died in 1832, so he wasn't doing much of anything in 1841.   He is famous as one of the founders of Utilitarianism as an ethical theory.  He also did philosophical work in regard to criminal justice and prisons.  He proposed what he called the "Panopticon" as a design for prisons, in which all inmates can be observed from a central guard position.

Elden [556K]

One major challenge that the United States faced post World War II, was the rise of the Soviet Union. A second major challenge that America faced post World War II was the economic boom. America was basically broke and into recession. Money was scare and way of life was challenging. Solders coming back from war had no money and family's were poor. A third major challenge America faced post World War II was the decline of the old great powers creating a bipolar world.
