The statement which best explains the relationship between satellite technology and the internet is this: PEOPLE IN LESS DEVELOPED NATIONS USE SATELLITES TO ACCESS THE INTERNET, GREATLY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF INTERNET USERS.
It is on record that about 40% of the world population today have access to the internet compared to the less than 1% that had access to it in 1995. Internet access can be provided through a number of routes and satellite broadband route is one of them. This route is the one that is usually used in less developed countries.

B.) The Constitution gave more power to the federal government than the Articles of Confederation did.

Under the Articles, the federal government had power to declare war, make alliances, and a few other duties.  The main power lied in the states' hands.  The Constitution made the federal government have more power.  It also created 3 branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial) rather than only one (legislative).
