What were some of the problems The Directory faced from political enemies?
klemol [59]

Answer: if we say the word directory in history we are referring undoubtedly  to the French directory which was a five-member committee that governed after the revolution in 1799. The main problem was the struggle for power within the directory between royalists and radical revolutionaries.   The directory was afraid that the royalist would look for help in other monarchies in Europe.

Explanation:

When the Directory came into power, it was faced with many problems including widespread famine, civil war, internal corruption, and war with neighboring countries. There was also a struggle for power within the directory between royalists and radical revolutionaries.

6. What was the significance of the voyages of Amerigo Vespucci?
torisob [31]

Answer:

I believe the answer is B.

Explanation:

Finding a Whole New World

Instead, this voyage actually took Vespucci along the coast of South America, but it is also the one that would eventually make him a famous man. When he realized that he was nowhere near Asia, he knew he had discovered a wholly new continent that lay between Asia and Europe. Since he had a keen knowledge of geography and was aware of its imperfections and inconsistencies, his sailing along the coast and careful observations allowed him to deduce that it was indeed a continent that had been unknown to Europe.
