"Perfekt Form" is one of the "long" forms of past tense in German. It is constructed using an auxiliary verb and the participle perfect. The auxiliary verb van be "haben" or "sein" depending on the main verb. If the main verb expresses a motion, typically "sein" is appropriate. In most (regular) cases, however, the auxiliary "haben" will be used. The form of the participle has regular patterns. There is a small set of frequent verbs that do require deviations from these regular patterns.

It looks like the below exercises mostly those irregular verbs. Most but not all of them express motion and use the "sein" form.  

(a) bin...gegangen   (expresses movement, hence "sein")

(b) bin...gefahren

(c) bist...gefallen

(d) sind...gefahren

(e) ist...geflogen

(f) Seid...gelaufen

(g) haben...getrunken    (no movement, hence "haben")

(h) sind...gegeangen

(i) habt...gesungen

(j) haben...aufgestanden
