  • Thus, it can't be termed as a negative effect of the closing down of polluting factories.
  • Also, the workers going back to being farmers and the school enrollments going up cannot be considered as 'negative' results of closing down the polluting factories.

Factories provide jobs which keeps unemployment rates down. They make thosands of jobs worldwide so, when European countries removed these factories it made the unemployment rates skyrocket.
