Answer:

Did you know organic food is great for farming, and that GMO's are genetically changed food! Organic food has been known to human for generations. GMO's are a new kind of modified food that actually improves the food nutrients! These GMO's are different from organic food because, they can improve the nutrition, flavor, and colors of foods. GMO's are different from organic food because they improve food, are made scientifically, and can really change the way we view food.

note * this is my intro for you sorry If it is not that good, I am not a super talented writer and I didn't really know what your essay should completely cover, but hope this helps. :)

Answer:

Organic foods do not contain any pesticides, fertilizers, solvents, or additives. This helps the overall biodiversity of plants and animals which makes it much better for the environment. It also helps prevent antibacterial resistance in animals and chemical runoff when pesticides seep into the ground.

Non-GMO has many similarities to the organic label but they aren't exactly the same. This label means that the ingredients in any specific food product have been verified by the Non-GMO project to ensure no genetically modified material is present. For meat, this includes the food the animals ate to ensure there are no GMOs in their bodies.
