Answer: 1/9 - 7/9 is gonna give you a negative so you add a whole number to 1/9 so it would equal 10/9 so you subtract them now 10/9 - 7/9 equaling 3/9 then for the 8 it got turned to a 7 so you subtract and get 1 3/9

To evaluate two fractions being divided, you must turn the right fraction into a reciprocal. That means you must put the bottom number at the top and then put the top number on the bottom (you’re basically switching them).

8/13 / 3/2

Now, once you turned the other number into a reciprocal, you multiply across. The top number times the other top number and do this to the bottom numbers, too.

8/13 * 3/2 = 24/26

You found the answer, 24/26. But as you can see, it’s not one of the choices. That’s because you need to simplify.

24/26 / 2/2 = 12/13

12/13 is your answer, or choice C!

I hope this helped. Comment below if you have any questions.

Answer:

See below ~

Step-by-step explanation:

Question 1

The missing angles

 • Both the unknown angles have the same value as the other two angles in the triangles are the same
 • ∠(missing) = 180 - (72 x 2)
 • ∠(missing) = 180 - 144
 • ∠(missing) = 36°

⇒ The sides are equal

⇒ Angles are not 90°

⇒ It is a rhombus

Question 2

 • The diagonals of the shape bisect other (Statement 1)
 • NY = NW (given)
 • XN = NZ (given)
 • ∠XNY = ∠WXZ (vertically opposite angles)
 • ΔXNY ≅ ΔWXZ (SAS)
 • They form two congruent triangles (Statement 2)
 • From these two statements, it is evident the figure is a parallelogram

Solve for the equation for x: 4.5x-2.3=6.7
dusya [7]

Step-by-step explanation:

4.5x-2.3=6.7 (add 2.3 so no number in the equation)

6.7+2.3 is 9

4.5x=9 (divide by 4.5 as it's 9 is divisible by 4.5

9/4.5 is 2

X=2

put it back into the equation

4.5*2 is 9

9-2.3 is 6.7

Therefore X=2
