Other people believe the offshore fishery should get most of the fish because it catches fish more efficiently and produces higher paying jobs. I believe that the offshore fishery should get most of the fish because it catches fish more efficiently and produces higher paying jobs. That way, offshore fisheries will gain a lot compared to inshore fisheries because they take most of the difficult jobs.
