There is no influence in New Hampshire, not that I am aware of at least. Or if there is any it is very a minimal. The states that do have huge Hispanic influence are Texas, California, and New Mexico. This is because Spanish is the second most spoken language in these areas. A huge part in all of this is the mass population in each of those states that help the influence spread.

For the record though, not sure which one is closer to New Hampshire!

The closest one is the last one. He can veto bills that he doesn't like. That means it has to go back to both houses. They can re-submit it with a 2/3 majority and his veto can be overridden and it becomes law without his consent.
