The patient is experiencing the symptom of hallucination. It is where a person could see things, imagine things or hear things in a way that he or she could feel them or sense them though they are not true and are only coming from an external stimuli. It could be seen above as the patient hears voices in his head and tells him to do things inside his head which could mean that he is experiencing hallucinations.

Generally, the cardiac cycle occurs in two (2) stages;

I. Diastole : in this stage, the ventricles is relaxed and would be filled with blood.

3. A respirator is also called a ventilator. It is an electrical device that is designed to provide oxygen for patients having difficult in breathing.

4. The patient received supplemental oxygen through a nasal cannula. This is used to sustain the breathe of a patient.

5. An endotracheal intubation was performed to establish a patent airway.

6. A ventilation perfusion scan is a particularly useful test to identify a pulmonary embolus

7. The result of the sputum cytology was negative for cancer.

8. Hyperventilation involves tachypnea and hyperpnea.

9. Rhonchi are wheezing lung sounds.

10. Miners are at risk of developing Anthracosis. This is due to the inhalation of pollutants arising from coal.
