Explanation:

The story "The Canoe breaker" is about a person who got this name from the good work that he had done and this hard work led him to earn great fame and respect from other people who earlier used to make fun of him when he failed at getting success of various activities he did like trying to killing a bear, trying to defeat his enemies and so on.

But once when he got the opportunity and got success in climbing the mountain, he got his name and respect.
