- Germany invasion to Europe: Started at May 1940

7. D) Men entered the armed forces

During the world war II the majority of the workforce was still dominated by men. So, a large portion of the Men served at the armed forces and leave the jobs/businesses that they held behind.

When this happen, the women needed to work to replace the men in order to ensure that United States managed to sustain its economy.

Explanation:

From the year of 1865 to 1889, there was deadlock in the domestic politics. It was the period when the relations of the nation with the rest of the world also had very little change.

The nation's role in in the affairs of the other countries of the world was slight. Most Americans expected that their nation would follow the advice of George Washington "steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world". When early Spanish explorers came in the 1500's, they found people who called themselves the Teyas and the Escanjaques. Perhaps the people discussed here also used these names several hundred years earlier. Archeologists believe the Teyas and Escanjaques are descendants of the people discussed on these pages. They are all believed to have been Caddoan speakers.
