Answer:

D) introduce the primary conflict he sees a need to resolve

Explanation:

The statement above is related to John Stuart Mill's rational justification of every individual's freedom in contrast to the state's claim to implement unlimited control. He warned people about the dangers brought by democracy. It can lead to a cruel and oppressive government rule over majority of the people. So, this gives the society the ability to <em>"</em><em>execute its own mandates."</em><em> </em>The author stated this in order to introduce this as the "primary conflict" that he sees as a need to be resolved in the society. He wanted the readers to know that<em> this poses the danger of liberty,</em> thus it is the primary or main conflict of the entire justification.

So, this explains the answer.

In Elie Wiesel’s Night, what best describes the narrator’s greatest fear once the SS guard separates he and his father from his
monitta
I would say isolation because Elie and his father are separated from his mother and 2 sisters so that he and his father go to the forced labour camp and his mother and sisters go to the gas chambers though the mother and one sister survive he does not see them again, at least not there. And seeing his father become helpless so that he must become his father's caregiver makes him resentful and then ashamed of his resentment.

Kai wrote the number 85 on the board. Is 85 prime or composite? Explain.
Firdavs [7]
The number 85 is a composite number. To understand really, we need to know what are prime and composite numbers. A prime number is a natural number that has no other divisor only 1 and the number itself. On the other hand, composite number is a number that can be divided evenly by numbers other than 1 and itself and this is where 85 falls. 85 can divided evenly by 5 and 17.
