These days we still see this kind of leadership in many companies, and we can say without fail that they are primarily responsible for their turnover and the loss of great professional talent. This is because their behavior always causes tension and discontent among the team, promotes a harsh and stressful environment, which demotivates employees and makes them want to remain under the management of the autocratic leader.

Environmental wellness: has a big and crucial impact on us as it inspires us to do better both for ourselves as individuals and others around us. Let’s not forget the planet earth and the city and country we live in. We must do everything in our power to live in balance with our planet so our offspring get to have a healthy and long life.

One of the signs that show us that an individual is being respectful toward the environment: one is not polluting, both waters and air, they are not smoking, they are not burning things, etc...
