Answer:

Well-defined characters suggested by actual experience

Explanation:

One of the key elements in realistic fiction is the presence of a character that has flaws, contradictions, virtues, and faces a psychological or physical struggle, and endures impactful events that change him/her and shape the person he/she is.

All of these features help the reader empathize and connect with the character because they represent life-experiences that any person may have encountered or faced.

What do you guys consider literature ? and why ?
Monica [59]

Answer:

Literature broadly is any collection of written work, but it is also used more narrowly for writings specifically considered to be an art form, especially prose fiction, drama, and poetry. In recent centuries, the definition has expanded to include oral literature, much of which has been transcribed.

The men in the forest they once asked of me,
Valentin [98]
I would like to give you a simple background about figurative language and sensory imagery.
The sensory details or figurative language used to describe, arouse emotion, or represent abstractions. On a physical level, imagery uses terms related to the five senses: visual, auditory, tactile, gustatory, and olfactory. On a broader and deeper level, however, one image can represent more than one thing. For example, a rose may present visual imagery while also representing the color in a womans cheeks and/or symbolizing some degree of perfection. An author may use complex imagery while simultaneously employing other figures of speech, especially metaphor and simile. In addition, this term can apply to the total of all the images in a work.
