One thing about human intelligence is absolutely certain: it is malleable, meaning it can be changed through exposure to new information or even by looking at what you already know in a new way.<span> There is no limit to what you can learn, and, contrary to what some may think, nobody's brain has ever been "filled."</span> The brain continually changes by making new neuroconnections between its cells, which represent new knowledge or skills, and when this happens, we say someone has become smarter. It is possible for humans to become smarter all the time and in any area of study. Some subjects will be harder for you to learn than others, but learning in any area is possible. Intelligence is not a fixed quantity that you got at birth and are stuck with. You become smarter every day, and the intelligence you achieve in your lifetime is unknowable. That said, it does appear that your mindset about learning will have a heavy impact on how much you will learn - and just about everything else in your life.

Well if you think you can't do something then you won't try as hard as you can, and you wont reach your full potential. So ultimately you wont achieve the grades you want.

tangare [24]

Answer: The author intended to make the mood of the passage sad and melancholy using the imagery in the text. The text follows a person who has just lost their father and is mourning for him to come back. For example, when the text states “ But I, with mournful tread,

Walk the deck my Captain lies, Fallen cold and dead.” The author is trying to get the readers to empathize with the person and feel their mourning and pain for the loss of her father as she watches his dead body.

Complete the tag question for each sentence. In this activity you will be graded on punctuation and capitalization (lowercase an
Mkey [24]

Hello. You did not present the sentences that should be revised, which makes it impossible for your question to be answered, however, I will try to help you in the best possible way.

Your question shows that sentences should be revised by placing or removing punctuation and uppercase and lowercase letters.

In that case, you should start by knowing that capital letters must be the first letter of a sentence, a person's name, or a place name. Therefore, all sentences that start with a lowercase letter, or have names of people and places with the first letter, being a lowercase letter, you must change to a uppercase letter. The other letters must remain lowercase.

Regarding punctuation, you must use a period in every end of the affirmative sentence. At the end of interrogative phrases, which are asking a question, you must end with the question mark (?) And phrases that are making a request or an order, you must end with an exclamation mark (!).

Commas must always be placed before the words "but" and "however" and must always be placed after the word "Therefore."

Finally, the apostrophe (') should always be used in the expressions "don't," "isn't" and "can't", which are shortened forms of negative expressions. The apostrophe should also be used to show possessiveness, as in the phrase "This is Lia's dog."
